INTRODUCING THE CUSTOMER PORTAL
Once your project details are entered into our system, a Pool Town representative will provide you with credentials to our Customer Portal, which you will use to track the activity of your job as it progresses. The Customer Portal also contains import information about your project and we recommend that you get familiar with its contents. Contact us if you cannot log in or if you need help locating your job's specifics.
